B&F Contracting llc has two owners Larry Lumaj and Freddy Lumaj started the company 20 some years ago. both have extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry. They have built the company with there own hands and take great pride in it.

Freddy Lumaj

Freddy is an easy going individual who enjoys challenging and diverse roles and is confident working with technical experts in Hospitality industry

Dan Willaeys
With more than 15-years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Willaeys manages all site related activities. These responsibilities include meeting with ownership, controlling and monitoring the construction schedule, managing subcontractors necessary to meet the schedule and overlook craftsmanship. He is the communication link with subcontractors and is responsible for the accurate interpretation of the construction documents. He is also involved with Business Development and has brought several clients and opportunities to our firm. Mr. Willaeys deals direct with owners and their representatives.
